All the tools below are of no additional cost and are part of your stand package. We advise you to take advantage of our extensive marketing tools. You will work closely with our marketing team to deliver a targeted campaign to attract your ideal visitors.

All exhibitors will be given a unique registration URL, allowing them to track who has registered/attends via their link.
Want to invite your clients?
VIP invitations
Your clients should be attending as your VIP guests. With this service, the VIP invites will appear as if they are coming from you, your clients will benefit from added VIP perks, and they are more likely to attend the event.
Secure postal mailing
Sending postal mailings can be expensive, but ensures your message is read by your target audience. Use the secure mailing tool and we will send up to 100 personalised invitations on your behalf, to your spanish database, free of charge, through our mailing house.
Personal email invitations
Generic emails won’t grab your client’s attention but tailoring them is time-consuming. Our team will send you personalised invitations to distribute to your most valued clients, inviting them to visit your stand at the show.

Easyfairs draws your attention to fraudulent offers of list data and other “services” that you may receive via unsolicited emails.
If you receive such a communication, it is certainly fraudulent and does not come from Easyfairs. Easyfairs never sells visitor data to third parties.
The data provided by these companies is most of the time either inaccurate, incomplete, of poor quality or even fake and/or have been gathered or acquired in contravention of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Any use that such companies make of the name Easyfairs or Futurebuild is without our authorisation and is illegal.
Please do not respond to these emails. On no account should you make any payments to the companies behind them.
