PRINT&APPLY: S-APPLY

Our new S-APPLY label printing and application equipment stands out for its simplicity, reliability, flexibility and low consumption.
Perfect for encoding traceability information on pre-printed labels (batch, expiration date, etc.) or integral label printing, including barcodes, logos or images.
It allows you to print labels at up to 300 mm/s, with a maximum width of 105 mm (4.09”) and a
length up to 210 mm (8.26”), on one side of the product.
Various printing configurations and the greatest application flexibility, to adapt to any need.
The S-APPLY applicator equipment is based on a SATO CLNX4 PLUS printer. Together with the pneumatic application system developed by Smart Coding, the most intelligent, precise and reliable labeling equipment has been achieved in applications that require a high degree of repeatability and activity.
Integrated intelligent sensors and real-time diagnostics on a 7” screen, for total control of the labeling process in your production line. Made of aluminum and stainless steel, it is practically indestructible equipment.
